Job applicants are not screened before their information is forwarded to employers. We make no guarantees regarding employment of job applicants to either applicants or employers, or of the behavior of an applicant once hired by an employer.

2. Copyrights - We grant you permission to download and print material on our site, but we maintain the copyright on such material. You may not sell, display, distribute or otherwise use the material in any way for any commercial purpose, including graphics, buttons, layout, color scheme and html code. You may not transmit, send, or distribute anything that is trademarked or copyrighted unless you are the sole owner of this material and no other individuals can claim ownership.

3. Site Security - You are prohibited from compromising the security of our system at any time including, but not limited to, attempting to gain access to and distribute information that is confidential, attempting to modify or delete information you have not entered, trying to crash the website, attempting to prevent others from using the site, or to introduce any type of virus into the site.

5. False Submission of Resume or Job Opening Information - You are prohibited from submitting inaccurate, misleading, incomplete or false resume or job opening information such as attempting to impersonate another individual or employer.

Release of Statistical Information - Though we will not disclose any personal information entered by users, such as name and email address, we will disclose statistical information reflecting the use and success of our site. We will only disclose personal information where we feel it our lawful responsibility to do so.

8. Parental Permission - Youth under the age of eighteen using this site should seek the permission of their parents beforehand, especially when submitting any personal information. Youth submitting resumes should be of the legal age to work in the United States.
